Pickling Workshop

This hands-on workshop begins with a brief class on how to pickle just about anything you can imagine (yes, anything!). Then, you'll jump into an interactive session where you'll season and prepare three of your own pickled creations using fresh, locally sourced produce from area farms. You'll leave with your handcrafted pickles, easy-to-follow instructions, and the confidence to continue pickling at home.
